This past weekend has been everything. I was with my friends, laughing more then I have in a while. I felt at peace, and completely infinite. Being a young adult, I try to enjoy my youth as much as I can. To be in a darkroom of creativity, and exploration, I feel great. My friends and I traveled to the CopyCat building, located in downtown Baltimore. Imagine a big warehouse, filled with tons of rooms! We went to the top of the building for a fashion show. It was a huge collaborative event, featuring tons of artists. Basically, the best time to mix network with fun. I absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere there. Everyone expressed their creativity thoroughly. The Dj was also relatively good, which was a bonus!
I enjoyed the overall theme of the show. Many of the designs were a bit futuristic. Monochromatic colors were used a lot throughout the show also. I enjoyed the lights, and the models. Each walked with confidence.During this time of the season, I get excited for upcoming trends. I noticed trends staying like chokers, distressed clothing, and big jewelry. It was interesting to see the designers styles. Its crazy how the style of a person, could really tell who they are.
Each person has their own style, but sometimes a trend could help sway your look!
Trends Im currently loving :
- Distressed clothing
- Brown attire
Trends are fun, and interesting to try out. You never know what you could actually like. My favorite trend last year was definitely long line clothing. Trends are a common go to option.
Escape Into the Night!
So go out, and have some fun. Escape into the night.Go to a gallery, market, or a play. Just have some fun, and make the night, one to remember. Theres so much to enjoy downtown Baltimore. The restaurants are great, especially places like pho go de chow.
Lastly, are you guys bundling up into winter gear? Its almost time to grab your hats and mittens. My tip is to save up for the entire month of December. Then you better thrift for your life.
I think ill be posting a thrifting guide sooner, or later.
Enjoy the world, with every step.
Always & Forever,
