At the moment, life never been more better than it is. Speaking of moment, ever had a really sucky day because of everything that may have seemed to be going wrong throughout your day? Trust me from experience when I tell you that everyone has days like these once in a while, so its important for us not to let our emotions get ahold of us. After spending sometime in D.C. I can say with the vibrant culture, and aesthetic the city has inspired me to continue my journey. Tip #1 if you’ve been wanting to book a vacation for awhile, but haven’t pushed yourself into following through then make yourself a wise decision to try relocating near a city new to you. With affordable transportation, shorter distance, and a new environment to explore you really have the perfect atmosphere for clear thinking. Now, what would you say clear thinking is? Clear thinking is a special type of thinking that allows you to free your mind from any situational confusion from the past environment you placed yourself in. This in the end lowers your stress, while increasing mindfulness! So begin captivating yourself, and clear think. If you’re going to make that choice, remember to always sleep on it.
Sleep | Routines
With every big decision, comes a thoughtful choice in whatever you decide. One of my favorite ways to make decisions include a night of seclusion with my thoughts by my side. Sometimes I’ll need to do some clear thinking, and reorganize my life. Before going to bed, I give myself sometime to compose my thoughts within a journal. If you haven’t begun the process of journalling, then take the opportunity to start now!
Journalling increases mindfulness, plus it helps you recognize your goals,establishments, and state of mind. Since I’ve begun my journaling experience I’ve been able to have more clarity throughout my life. I recommend this technique definitely to people who are interested in also increasing their memory. I try to write once in the morning, and once during my night time routine. Speaking of routine, for the month of October routines just seem like a must do! if you’re very busy like me , most of the time using a scheduled planner helps but without the use of a weekly routine, our daily tasks can sometimes go on the back backburner.
No one likes an unchecked to-do list, so if you’re looking for a new start to your mornings, and nights you should start by creating a routined blueprint. With this blueprint you’ll be able to write down your priorities during that time of day for you. Starting off you shouldn’t have too much packed on your routine list. Creating a higher demanding routine can be harder to commit to. So for starters begin with a couple things to do to start your morning right, then increase as you go.
Tip #2 includes that creating a low to high priority list of what you want to get done everyday increases flexibility! Instead of adding 10 priority items, put five on your priority list and start from there! Now, after you’ve created your routine its time to rest on your thoughts, and ultimately choose the best decision for you. Without persistence, and believing in yourself sometimes we begin to lack that consistency. Moving onto why positive affirmations, positivity, and the power to the believe can help!
Its crazy how much power you have and hold within your life. Think about it! You’re ultimately the artist creating a canvas for the world you’re helping to mold, and grow daily. Sometimes we can lack that self-disciple and consistency that we need when it comes to completing a task, my tip #3 includes believing in yourself! If you want a specific goal completed within a time period, it starts with yourself before anything else.
So wake up, and get ready to say some positive affirmations. Did you know that daily positive affirmations can keep you positive throughout your day, while also allowing you to say something good about yourself. Waking up and also showing gratitude can help you reduce, stress because you’ll be acknowledging everything you’re thankful for. Gratuity keeps you pretty mindful also. So the next time you’re not having the best day, give yourself some positive affirmations with a touch of gratuity.When you feel like theres nothing left for you, remember to pray.

Visualizations never felt better then when you're able to perceive something you truly want. Anything you visualize internalizes within you, creating positive vibrations. So get out there, and do some meditation and visualizations for a brighter happier you! When you're able using clear thinking techniques with positive visualizations happiness just seems to appear at you're lap. Every moment you perceive po.sitive thoughts, they bring you closer to what you truly desire. The ability to achieve.
To believe is to achieve, says true experts on life. In reality through positive thinking I can say I’ve grown into my happiness. Now just because I’m content, doesn’t mean ill always be. Sometimes we find ourselves slacking, depressed, and even frustrated with all the obstacles we go throughout our life. At that moment its up to us to not let our emotions control us.
With the help of positive thinking, and affirmations were able to achieve anything with our best attitude by our side! Discover the world, learning something new every day, and push yourself to smile and never stop because smiling is one of the easiest actions you can add to your life! Think about how positive the world could be if we all smiled more toward each other.
Anything’s achievable, with the help of time and constant persistent. So always believe in yourself, keeping positive vibrations near you. People considered energy vampires aren’t your friend. So instead of feeling drained throughout your day find people who are able to pump your energy up! Since you’ve stayed till the end, try out the next tip. Tip #4 relies on doing what you love.
